Board of Directors   Mr. Yoshikawa Makoto Chairman and Chief Executive Officer   MR. YOSHIKAWA succeeded from Mr URANO Koichi on 30 April 2018. As the Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategy, planning and development of the Group. Mr Yoshikawa joined TM Japan in November 1999 and has been an executive officer of TM Japan since 2014. He became its sole legal representative since February 2017. He has extensive sales experience in the LCD and backlight business and has exposure in procurement, human resources development and business development. He was appointed as the Group’s Chief Operating Officer on 1 May 2016 and was in charge of the overall operations of the Group, particularly in the sales and marketing and new product development functions in existing core business.
