MR. LAI SHI HONG, EDWARD was re-designated from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director in October 2011, and now served as an Independent Director with effect from 26 February 2015. He has more than 29 years of experience in finance, accounting and business management, and is currently the chief financial officer and the company secretary of Wuling Motors Holdings Limited, a main-board listed company in Hong Kong. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts and holds a Master of Science Degree in Corporate Governance and Directorship from the Hong Kong Baptist University. He is currently a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
