Ltd.at 50 Rafes Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623, up to close of business at 5:00 p.m. on 8 September 2020 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the dividend.

In respect of ordinary shares in securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will, in turn, distribute the dividend to holders of the securities account.

The dividend which will be paid to shareholders on 18 September 2020, shall be paid in Singapore currency based on the actual exchange to be announced at a later date.
