Pursuant to Listing Rule 704(11) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading
Limited, the Board of Directors of CDW Holding Limited (the "Company" and together with its
subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that the legal representative of Tomoike Electronics
(Shanghai) Co., Limited ("STD"), one of the Group's wholly-owned subsidiaries in the People's
Republic of China ("PRC"), has been changed from Mr. YOSHIMI Kunikazu to Mr. YOSHIMI Koichi.
Registration of Mr. YOSHIMI Koichi's appointment with the relevant PRC authorities has been
completed and the Company has received the updated business licence.
Mr. YOSHIMI Koichi is formally STD's new legal representative following the receipt of the updated
business licence.
