attached to the shareholding in the listed company. RCM Asia Pacific Ltd. is a wholly owned
subsidiary of Allianz Global Investors Asia Pacific GmbH which itself is a wholly owned subsidiary of
Allianz Asset Management AG. Allianz Asset Management AG is a wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz
