In our fourth quarter and full year 2011 results announcement released on 28th February
2012, we indicated that "In January and February 2012, we experienced lower sales due
to production delays for certain large order as our customer was experiencing a technical
problem. Even though it has since been resolved, we expect our results for the first
quarter of financial year 2012 to be materially impacted. Should this resultant lower sales
warrant a profit warning for the first quarter's result announcement, we will immediately
issue such an advisory via SGXNET".
The Board of Directors of CDW Holding Limited (the "Company") now wishes to
announce that the Company and its subsidiaries (together with the Company, the
"Group") are likely to report a loss for the three months ended 31st March 2012
("1Q2012").
Details of the Group's financial performance for 1Q2012 will be disclosed when the
Company finalises and announces its un-audited consolidated financial results for 1Q2012
by no later than 15th May 2012.
