Pursuant to Listing Rule 704(11) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading
Limited, the Board of Directors of CDW Holding Limited (the "Company" and together with its
subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that the legal representative of Tomoike Precision
Machinery (Dongguan) Co., Limited ("DGT"), one of the Group's wholly-owned subsidiaries in the
People's Republic of China ("PRC"), has been changed from Mr. SAKAI Akira to Mr. KIYOTA Akihiro.
The registration for the change of legal representative of DGT with the relevant PRC authorities has
been completed and the Company has received the updated business licence.
Mr. KIYOTA Akihiro is formally DGT's new legal representative following the receipt of the updated
business licence.
