Pursuant to Listing Rule 704(11) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading
Limited, the Board of Directors of CDW Holding Limited (the "Company" and together with its
subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that Mr. OCHI Shinichi was appointed as a legal
representative of Tomoike Industrial Co., Limited ("Japan Tomoike"), a principal subsidiary of the
Group in Japan, with effect from 16 March 2012, and the registration of Mr. Ochi's appointment is
completed today.
