The Board of Directors of CDW Holding Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company's Auditors, Messrs Deloitte & Touche LLP, has issued a qualified opinion in respect of the current year's corresponding figures in the Independent Auditors' Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2011.
