The Board of Directors of CDW Holding Limited (the "Company") refers to the Company's Annual report 2010 and wishes to clarify that the date of payment of final dividend on item 34 of page 93 of the Annual Report 2010 under the section "Dividend" should read as 20 June 2011.

The revised sentence should read as follows:-

"In respect of the current financial year, the directors of the Company propose that a final dividend of 0.3 US cents per share be paid to shareholders on 20 June 2011. This dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM to be held on 31 May 2011 and has not been included as a liability in the financial statements. Based on the number of ordinary shares as at 31 December 2010, the total estimated dividend to be paid is US$1,511,000"
