Bank and Trust Company of 1,286,000 shares, of Martin Currie Investment Management ("MCIM") the Substantial Shareholder is interest in;

(b) the Substantial Shareholder has a deemed interest in the company by virtue of Section 7(4A)(a) of the Companies Act as the Substantial Shareholder and MCInc are related companies in that they are wholly owned subsidiary of Martin Currie (Holdings) Ltd.
