Bank and Trust Company of 1,286,000 shares, of Martin Currie Inc ("MCInc") with the Substantial Shareholder is interest in;

(b) the Substantial Shareholder has a deemed interest in the company by virtue of Section 7(4A)(a) of the Companies Act as the Substantial Shareholder and MCIM are related companies in that they are wholly owned subsidiary of Martin Currie Ltd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Martin Currie (Holdings) Ltd.
