The Board of Directors of CDW Holding Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Robson Lee Teck Leng, who presently holds the position of Joint Company Secretary, as the Group Legal Adviser to advise the Board on the legal affairs and matters o the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group")

In connection with his appointment as the Group Legal Adviser, Mr Lee will relinquish his position as Joint Company Secretary to concentrate on his advisory role as the Legal Adviser to the Group.

Ms Tan San-Ju shall remain the Company Secretary
