Reference is made to the announcement made by CDW Holding Limited (the "Company") on 14 March 2008 on the Dividend and Closure of Books.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that:

(1) The dividend was approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 28 April 2008;

(2) The dividend payment date for Final Dividend of 0.1 US cent per ordinary share (tax not applicable) for the financial year ended 31 December 2007, has been changed from 3 June 2008 to 26 May 2008; and

(3) The Books Closure Date as mentioned in the announcement dated 14 March 2008, will remain unchanged.
