| Further to the six months/second quarter financial results announcement
for the period ended 30 June 2007 (the "Results")
of CDW Holding Limited (the "Company") which
was released on 14 August 2007, the Company wishes to inform
that there was an error in "item 11(b) - Corresponding Period of the Immediately Preceding Financial Year" of the Results.
The Dividend Amount per Share should be "0.4 US cent per ordinary share" instead of "0.1 US cent per ordinary share".
Enclosed is the amended six months/second quarter results announcement for the period ended 30 June 2007.
