CDW Holding Limited (the "Company") made an announcement relating to the half-year financial statement for the six months/second quarter ended 30 June 2007 (Announcement No.00292) made on 14 August 2007 in respect of the declaration of an interim cash dividend of 0.1 US cent per ordinary share (tax not applicable).

The transfer books and register of members of the Company will be closed on 25 September 2007 for the preparation of dividend warrants. Registrable transfers received by the Company's Registrar, LIM ASSOCIATES (PTE) LTD of 3 Church Street #08-01, Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483 by 5:00p.m. on 24 September 2007 will be registered before entitlements to the dividend are determined.

The Company wishes to announce that the interim cash dividend of 0.1 US cent per ordinary share (tax not applicable) will be paid on 5 October 2007.
