The Board of Directors of CDW Holding Limited wishes to announce that Mr Koh Kuek Chiang, a Non-Executive Director, resigned as a Director of the Company and ceased as a member of the Nominating, Remuneration and Audit Committees with effect from 18 November 2006.

The Board wishes to take this opportunity to thank Mr Koh for his past contributions to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
