| Further to the full year results announcement
for the year ended 31 December 2005 (the "Results")
of CDW Holding Limited (the "Company") which
was released on 1 March 2006, the Company wishes to inform
that there were errors in "item 6 - Earnings per
ordinary share of the group for the current period reported
on and the corresponding period of the immediately preceding
financial year, after deducting any provision for preference
dividends" of the Results.
Enclosed is the amended full year results announcement
for the year ended 31 December 2005.
