DIVIDEND

Further to the announcement made on 25 February 2005, the Board of Directors of CDW Holding Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company's final dividend of 0.623 US cent (equivalent to approximately 1.01667 Singapore cents) per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2004 will be paid on 20 May 2005 if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 April 2005.

CLOSURE OF BOOKS

Notice is hereby given that the transfer books and register of members of the Company will be closed on 11 May 2005 for the preparation of dividend warrants. Registrable transfers received by the Company's Singapore Share Transfer Agent, LIM ASSOCIATES (PTE) LTD of 10 Collyer Quay #19 08, Ocean Building, Singapore 049315 by 5.00 p.m. on 10 May 2005 will be registered before entitlements to the dividend are determined.

The initial public offering of the Company's shares was sponsored by DBS Bank Ltd.
